Each gram contains 50mg of imiquimod in an off-white evanescent cream that is oil-in-water and contains isostearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, white petrolatum, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, glycerin, xanthan gum, purified water, benzyl alcohol, methylparaben, and propylparaben.
Before handling, wash your hands and the work area with soap and water.This area should be thoroughly dried. Apply a small layer of medicine to the affected area(s) and massage it in. After each use, wash your hands with soap and water. Bandages or waterproof materials should not be used to cover the treated area. When treating the vaginal area, however, you can cover the area with cotton gauze or use cotton panties.
